CSAP likely to be overhauled under Ritter's education plan

Governor Bill Ritter's legislative proposal to reform education in the state includes the likely replacement of CSAP exams with tests of subject-specific proficiency, as well as the option to test out of required subjects in order to opt for electives. Teachers will be involved in developing the subject-specific tests, with the goal of labor force and college readiness.
