HS grad rate edges up  Rocky Mountain News  April 2, 2008

The high school graduation rate increased from 74% to 75% last year, although the completion rate including GEDs declined from 81% to 80%. While four districts were recognized for progress in closing the gap of graduation rates among races, statewide rates still differ greatly: Asians 84%, Caucasians 82%, African-Americans 65%, Native Americans 59%, and Latinos 57%.
