Ritter signs cheaper textbooks bill

Senate Bill 73 enacted regulations on college textbooks that require publishers to specify cost, only include CDs and supplements if requested, and specify changes to new editions. The new requirements will begin in August and are expected to save college students hundreds of dollars per year.
