Vision school takes different approach to teaching

The newly approved Vision Home and Community School will open in 2008-2009 in Grand Junction's District 51. Students will have input in unique learning plans that will allow them to learn from home if it suits their individual interests. The school is not operated under a charter, and students can transition in and out of the school and other traditional schools in the district.
