Denver Post July 29, 2008
High school juniors in the state posted a record composite score of 19.8 on the full-scale ACT. Colorado began requiring all juniors to take the exam in 2001, and has witnessed steady increases in scores since then. Gaps still remain among ethnic groups and income levels.
