CO: Proposed school returns to charter school roots

The proposed Atlas Preparatory School will be modeled after other charter schools with measurable success working with struggling and low-income students who are at risk of dropping out. Technical support for this charter school is supported by a stipend from Get Smart, an organization focused on supporting nontraditional public schools for underserved students.
