DPS to ax another struggling school

The Denver Public School board announced plans to close a low performing school and replace it with a charter high school and the first union-led elementary charter in the state.  The changes come amidst concerns about both low enrollment at certain schools and records of low performance. The board will vote November 20 on the changes.
