CCHE supports access for undocumented students

The Colorado Commission on Higher Education voted unanimously to support a senate bill to allow undocumentated students to attend state colleges at in-state tuition rates. The commission also voted to give instutitions of higher education more discretion in setting tuition rates given the current state budget crunch.
