CO: Civil rights complaint leads to formal mediation

Federal investigation of Boulder Valley on hold

A formal complaint was filed with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights regarding the reorganization of Columbine Elementary School. The federal investigation was put on hold this week after the district agreed to participate in formal mediation.
