CO: Legislature reconsiders "zero tolerance" policy

Ten years after the Columbine massacre, lawmakers are reconsidering the "zero tolerance" policy that requires administrators to suspend or expel students who bring fake weapons to school. The new law would permit rather than require punishment of students.
