Elaine Duggan

Elaine Duggan is NEPC’s Senior Communications Specialist. 

She has a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. She has worked in editing and graphic design for over 30 years.
