State representative takes on high cost of college textbooks

State Representative John Kefalas of Fort Collins has recently sponsored Senate Bill 73, also known as "The College Textbook Affordability Act," aims to require textbook publishing companies to disclose information to consumers in order to encourage fair pricing and packaging practices.
