Pilot Plan for Incentive Pay Unveiled

Prince George's County, Maryland announced a pilot incentive pay plan. The voluntary plan includes incentives for both administrators and teachers. Bonuses are available for improving student performance, teaching in hard-to-staff schools or subjects, and participating in evaluations and professional development.
