Critic of CU hired to guide Title IX effort

Nancy Hogshead-Makar will work with CU in meeting the requirements of the $2.85 million Simpson court settlement in 1999. Hogshead-Makar spoke in favor of the court's ruling that Title IX requires schools to respond to offensive treatment of women in the university setting.
