MA: Boston Mayor presents plan focused on preschools

Menino to unveil preschool program

Boston Mayor, Thomas Menino, released a plan to improve education that focuses on increasing programs for children before they reach school-age and on aligning social services, such as hospitals, libraries and public schools.  The expectation is that focusing on investment on younger children will yield the greatest results.
