CU's Benson will fight Medicaid cut

University of Colorado President Bruce Benson will speak to state congressional representatives and senators, then continue on to the White House next week, in order to object to proposed federal Medicaid cuts that would cost Colorado $787 million over the next five years. The cuts directly impact School of Medicine programs that rely on these funds for faculty doctors that staff university clinics and generate revenue.
