Former Governor Romer and other Colorado politicians joined voices with Strong American Schools, a national advocacy group funded in part by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to keep education at the forefront of election year issues. The group is pressing for a stronger curriculum, increased learning time, and more support for teachers.
