Student scores sliced a new way

The Colorado Department of Education released its new student growth model on Thursday for evalutating school and district level progress on the Colorado State Assessment Program (CSAP) examinations. The new model compares change in scores to other schools that scored at the same level in the previous two years in terms of growth percentiles. A similar model at the individual student level is being developed.
