Courts in the San Antonio area will be piloting the use of GPS anklet bracelets to track teh location of truant students.  Students with gang affiliations, with a history of running away and those who have appeared in court multiple times are targeted by the program.  Critics of the plan say that the 24-hour tracking is too invasive.
