Leadership gap seen in post-NCLB changes in U.S. Teachers

After the passage of the No Child Left Behind act many teachers focused their attention on state content standards.  However, a recent study shows that although many teachers are seeking new teaching strategies and adjusting for assessment and accountability systems, principals and district leaders are not necessarily in control of those changes.
