Latest 'Reading First' Study Reports Limited Benefits

An October 9th report found that practices in schools receiving funds for the Reading First program were similar to the non-RF schools. Although there are seemingly limited gains, overall the nation's young readers are benefiting from the additional time, resources, and access to research-based support that Reading First has provided.
