Teachers want changes to 'No Child Left Behind"

Teachers and administrators in Boulder Valley School District say that more flexibility and realistic expectations for evaluating schools would benefit the district.  Boosts in federal spending for construction would address a state-wide need that is increasingly burdensome given the current economic downturn and state budget cuts.
