CO: Education give and take to balance budget

As the Colorado Legislature worked to balance the state budget today, the proposed $5 million increase for charter school facilities was finally eliminated by the House Appropriations Committee.  Extra funding was granted for districts who saw increases in military enrollment in their February counts.
