CO: School finance, dual enrollment

The state legislature considered several bills this week, giving approval to dual enrollment legislation that will allow high school students to enroll in college courses. Several financial measures were considered, including one that will give charter schools greater access to bond issues and the merging of the Denver Public Schools pension system into the state retirement program (PERA).
