Bethy Leonardi, PhD is co-director of A Queer Endeavor (aqueerendeavor.org) and an associate professor of Educational Foundations, Policy, & Practice at the University of Colorado Boulder School of Education. In her research she focuses on the complex relationship between policy and practice, and specifically, policies that rub up against the status quo. She is also hosts the monthly podcast, NEPC Talks Education, beginning in September 2026.
